WHO WE ARE
Craig Tiopan is the Founder and Principal Consultant of TC Consulting Group, a boutique advisory firm established in 2008 that provides strategic business consulting, capital formation, debt and equity financing, commercial lending, project funding, and commercial real estate brokerage services to businesses, investors, private equity groups, and family offices. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, commercial finance, and international business development, Craig has successfully facilitated over $1 billion in funding for commercial ventures and large-scale projects worldwide. His expertise includes structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
Before founding TC Consulting Group, Craig spent 19 years in commercial banking, serving as a Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer, where he managed and grew commercial loan portfolios exceeding $100 million while advising business owners, developers, and investors. Craig also served as a Strategic Consultant to the Science and Technology Alliance (STABRI) of Thailand in conjunction with the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), providing guidance on economic development, international business expansion, project financing, government contracting, and major infrastructure projects. In addition to his consulting activities, Craig has been actively involved in professional, business, and community organizations through board memberships, advisory roles, and industry affiliations, reflecting his commitment to leadership, economic development, and business advancement.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Northwest University and holds a Professional Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking. He continues to leverage his extensive financial expertise and global network to help clients secure capital, build strategic relationships, and achieve long-term success.
